Amy Shore
Amy says that the best advice she has ever received was from Ricky Gervais, “No-one else knows what they’re doing either!”…
Over the years Amy has established a formidable reputation as an automotive photographer and instructive videographer with a particular style of image-making, concentrating mainly on car and motorbike related subjects, but she does dabble in a bunch of other stuff like boats, aeroplanes, watches… and onion fields. Yes, photographing onion fields was an actual job. She loved it.
All of Amy’s work tends to revolve around people, whether it’s in workshops, road trips, events, breaking records or just a great story.
Amy has worked and continues to work for some major clients such as Goodwood, Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, MINI, Octane magazine, Evo magazine, Revolution magazine, Ramp magazine, Lexus, Renault Alpine, Triumph, Classic Driver, The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride and many more. She can also be found behind a microphone as a regular co-host of The Driven Podcast alongside John Marcar as they talk together with guests about much car-related content.
Amy is also an ambassador for a number of brands. In May 2017 she became Nikon‘s newest and youngest UK ambassador. She attends a number of different events with Nikon including speaking at the NEC’s Photography Show each year, #NikonMeetUps, and Coffee, Cakes and Cameras. In February 2021, Amy became a Nikon Europe Ambassador.
In this evening’s presentation Amy will give an insight into her approach to photographing cars.
