Harrogate Photographic Society has several special interest groups

Focus Group allows members to show new work and receive feedback from other group members. We meet monthly apart from August at Harrogate Cricket Club - 7.30 pm in the upstairs bar.

Photo Walks an opportunity to meet other club members, take photos and socialise. We meet at a location and then usually split into smaller groups, meeting up afterwards perhaps, for a drink. This is open to anyone, and we encourage members to suggest ideas for walks and events. They run all year, about monthly, mostly at weekends in the winter and some evenings in summer.‍ Members wishing to organise one or have a suggested destination please speak to John Brown at a Monday night or via HPS Facebook group.

Harrogate Town Football Partnership allows members pitch side media passes to capture the action like a pro.

We encourage and will enable any member with a special photographic interest to set up a special interest group.
