Only the title may appear on the front of the entry. The title of the print, category code and author’s current HPS membership reference number must be identified on the reverse side of the mount.
All prints must be mounted and neither print nor mount is to be greater than 50cm x 40cm. This is the standard size adopted by the YPU and PAGB for all competition entries; any print intended for subsequent entry into these competitions must comply with these requirements, with a size tolerance of plus or minus 2mm. The minimum size of print is to be 7” x 5” (except in the Monthly Print Competition, see section below).

Creative – C – Menwith Hill Trophy
Bi-monthly Print – BM – Mary Heyworth Trophy
No more than 3 (three) prints may be entered in any one category (except Open Panel) and there is a maximum of 16 (sixteen) prints per member with a maximum of 12 (twelve) entries.
