Turning the Lens on Harrogate
Harrogate Borough Council is supporting the HPS as it embarks on a new project to produce a photographic record of Harrogate over the next year.

For about 3 weeks this winter the town was transformed by a blanket of snow, providing some wonderful photographic opportunities. Apart from a few days last February, there have been precious few chances to photograph Harrogate in the snow for many years.
